HHP's Shasta's Cafe, a student operated cafe on the UH campus recently completed another exciting semester. Billing themselves as "The best lunch on campus" Shasta's is run by HHP students in the nutrition program as part of their class.

All of Shasta's meals are created by nutrition students from scratch with the highest standards and the best quality foods. The meals are designed to be healthy, appealing and representative of every type of cuisine.

The workshop is a lab for the Commercial Food Production Lab class. It gives students the opportunity to use what they have learned in the classroom by preparing and serving food.
Shasta's will open again for business with a new class in the spring semester.
